Embroidery Circle

Want to learn how to embroider or brush up on your skills? Need the motivation of a supportive class or just looking for a cute project to work on? Join our Embroidery Circle where you will  learn 9 different embroidery stitches and practice your stitching on a custom California themed sampler designed and screen printed by the teaching artist. Materials fee includes all the supplies you need to complete the project!

About the Instructor:

Keeley McSherry is an artist, designer and educator based in Oakland, California. She holds a BFA and Art Education from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a MFA from the Glasgow School of Art. She has over 10 years of professional teaching experience working with children to adults in public schools, continuing education, and community art centers. Keeley works in her studio at the Compound Gallery and Studios, where she focuses on embroidery, sewing, and screen printing.
