Students will learn how to transfer laser prints onto various surfaces such as canvas, paper, and wood. The instructor will demonstrate how to prepare laser prints using matte and gel medium, and how to layer surfaces with acrylic paint onto prepared surfaces. Emphasis will be placed on continuous experimentation and combination of techniques. Students will leave with the ability to continue working with these processes, which they can incorporate in future art projects outside of class.
