Learn how to use your medium format camera and push your photography to the next level. This workshop will cover all of the aspects that make medium format the choice of many photographers, including how to make great exposures on a larger negative. We will also review the basics of photography including shutter speed, aperture and exposure. Medium Format Camera required.

Elizabeth Bernstein is an artist, educator, and gallery director who lives in Oakland, CA. She grew up in New York City and attended the University of Michigan as an undergraduate, and then went on to receive her M.F.A. from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2007. In addition to teaching photography she is the Co-Director of Royal NoneSuch Gallery, an alternative project space, established in 2009. She is a photographer whose work examines the visual language of our daily lives, and how it communicates our complex emotional and psychological landscape. Elizabeth has shown her work on the East Coast and in the Bay Area.
