Lego Letterpress

Love letterpress? Then you probably loved legos as a child. Here is your chance to bring these two loves together! Participants will use lego tile pieces on type-high bases to create relief printing surfaces. These will be printed on a Vandercook cylinder press to create an edition of prints. In this full day class, you will have the opportunity to develop pixelated images through multiple press runs. The instructor will cover basic press operation, introduce registration and suggest ways to explore legos as a means to make an image. No experience necessary!
