COVID- 19 Update for Adult Classes at Kala!
Due to the shelter-in-place mandated early March, and the uncertainty of the pandemic, we made the decision to cancel all in-person classes for the rest of the year in 2020. We have taken this time to work towards a healthier future for all participants by maintaining up to date protocols for our facilities and its users. We are slowly working on creating online programming and classes, and continuously monitoring safety guidelines for in-person classes. Until then, we appreciate your patience. Below is a list of some fabulous institutions in the Bay Area and beyond that are hosting online programming. We highly recommend checking them and supporting them!

Cancellation Policy
Kala reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment. In this case, you will be notified and your tuition will be refunded in full. Transfers are available, space permitting. Classes are not prorated, nor session dates individualized for any reason. All credits must be used by the end of the following class season.

A $35 administrative fee will be charged for class cancellations. Because of our small group sizes, we are greatly impacted by any last minute cancellations and withdrawals. Nevertheless, we understand that the needs of individuals may change.

If you cancel your registration 14 days before the first day of class, your class fee will be refunded, minus the administrative fee. You may also opt to apply your full class tuition as a credit towards another Kala class for the following class season.

If notice is given 7-14 days before the class, we will only keep the minimum to pay our teaching artist and cover any material kits. This will vary by class. The difference will be refunded.

If less than 7 days notice, you will receive a 50% refund. The admin fee will not be charged.
