• Exhibition Dates: December 1 to December 22, 2008
• Artists Roundtable Discussion:  Tuesday, December 1, 4 to 6 p.m.
• Reception: Tuesday, December 1, 6 to 8 p.m.
• Juror:  Anthony Lawlor Architect and Author of “The Temple in the House” and
“A Home for the Soul.”
• Entry Fee: $25 for O’Hanlon Center for the Arts Members, $30 for non-
Members, for up to three pieces.  Become an OHCA member at the time of
delivery and get your entry fee waived!  Call for more details.

The O’Hanlon Center for the Arts invites artists to submit work for our December 2009
show “Art of the Spirit.”  Submitted work may address the spiritual world, spiritual
politics, spiritual ecology, or spiritual expression.  See entry details below.

Media: Any media including photography or video. Must be ready to display, film entries
must include projection or playing equipment.  All works should be labeled with artist’s
name, telephone, medium, size, and price, if for sale.

By taking part in the show, artists agree to a 30% tax-deductible donation to the
enter from all sales.

Eligibility: Open to all artists aged 18 and over.
Dates for exhibition entries: Please hand-deliver (no slides or photos) up to three
pieces of work to O’Hanlon Center for the Arts, 616 Throckmorton Avenue, Mill Valley,
on Friday, November 20, between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. or on Saturday, November 21,
between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. We will notify you (preferably by email) about whether your
work has been accepted by Monday, November 23 at 4 p.m.

Those works not accepted must be picked up Tuesday, November 24 between 11 a.m.
and 4 p.m., unless alternative arrangements are made. There is a limit of three works
per artist. Please include biographical information and your email address if you have
one. When you drop off your art, we will give you information about hanging/showing
and Gallery policies.

Gallery Requirements:
–Insurance coverage is provided by the Artist.
–Accepted work must remain on view for the duration of the exhibition.
Retrieval of Unsold Artwork: Unsold work must be picked up on Wednesday, December
23 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., or on Thursday, December 24, between 10 a.m. and
2 p.m. Artists leaving their work after this time will be charged $5/day storage unless
prior arrangements have been made.
