In conjunction with Greenhouse Britain and the Force Majeure, a major exhibition
by seminal eco-artists Helen Mayer Harrison and Newton Harrison, Kala is proud to present Force Majeure, Panel Discussion: Transformative Processes in Environmental Art.

The Harrisons have worked closely with biologists, ecologists, architects and urban
planners to explore ideas and solutions that support both bio diversity and community development. The Harrisons’ presentation at the Kala Gallery is a multi-media work comprised
of interrelated pieces that address global warming.

Panelists will discuss a variety of issues impacting the global environmental from the artists’ perspective.
