Creating Embroidered Patches

Embroidered Patch by Paola Coimbra Sanabria

Have you ever wanted to make your own embroidered patch? Want to experiment with printmaking and textiles? This workshop will cover the basics of hand-printing linocuts onto fabric and incorporating basic embroidery stitches to create an embellished and detailed patch. Patches can then be sewn onto garments, tote bags, or any fabric surface – or appreciated as is! All levels of experience with printmaking and/or embroidery are welcome.
