Have you ever wanted to get into embroidery but just wanted a little guidance to help you get started? This class is intended to give you a general overview of different embroidery techniques. We will be covering the basic skills of embroidery, from threading the needle to tying off your last stitch. We will be going over 5 different stitches in this workshop and practice them with a sampler that you can take home. Participants will select one of two botanicals designs: California Aster (Corethrogyne filaginifolia) and the California Blackberry (Rubus ursinus).
