Material Conscious Papermaking

Paper is an intimate material we interact with on a daily basis. In this exploratory and intensive workshop, we will connect to this material by collecting and using household and studio waste to create one of a kind pieces. Participants will learn the skills to create usable sheets of paper, making paper as an art, and in the process, learn to identify what materials can be made into paper. People of all levels and disciplines are welcome to come learn material conscious papermaking.
