Fossil of Language, Yuzo Nakano – Gallery Walk

Join us for a gallery walk through the current exhibition Fossil of Language, a retrospective of work by Yuzo Nakano, Artistic Director Emeritus and Co-founder of Kala Art Institute. Stop by and meet the artist and learn more from the artist himself about the stories behind the work. This special exhibition showcases Nakano’s work from the 1970s to the present and celebrates his vision and contributions to Kala’s creative community and to the Bay Area art scene.

The gallery walk will include casual conversation as Nakano guides us through the gallery installation and points out the development of his artistic exploration and journey. There will also be a closing reception on Friday, March 17, 4-7pm.
