Gwendolyn Meyer
Gwendolyn Meyer explores fragmented memories of the past with poetic combinations of photographs. She has edited and reprinted her father’s photographs from the 1960’s and juxtaposed them with her own photographs of her current life. The link between past and present, parent and child, is suggested in small rather unremarkable domestic moments that speak of memory and loss. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Gwendolyn recently graduated with an BFA from the California College of the Arts.
