Art Kala 2020 Spring Gala and Auction
We hope to resume regular gallery hours when the stay at home orders are eased. Kala Art Institute and Honorary Auction Chairs Nion McEvoy & Leslie Berriman invite you to join us for Art Kala 2020, an exhibition, auction and gala benefit to support Kala’s artistic, cultural, and educational programs.
Celebrating Kala’s 46th year, this special event brings together Kala’s creative community and features the inventive and meaningful art being made in the Bay Area and beyond. A three week-long exhibition in the Kala Gallery will culminate in a rousing auction and gala benefit for Kala on June 27, 2020. We are thrilled this year to honor Kota Ezawa and Jet Martinez & Kelly Ordingas the 2020 recipients of Kala Master Artists Award.
This year we are offering a special limited edition print by Robert Minervini produced especially for the auction. Reserve your tickets by purchasing a VIP ticket or joining or renewing your Patron Membership to receive one of just thirty prints available (first come, first serve. You can pick up your print at the gala.)
All proceeds from this event support educational and cultural programs that directly serve artists, children, and the community-at-large.
